General Terms of Business

1. Services

CN DK Consulting ApS provides legal and business consulting services as agreed with the client in each assignment. The specific scope, deliverables and objectives will be clarified and confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Confidentiality

All client information will be treated as strictly confidential. No disclosure will be made to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

3. Data Protection

Information on how personal data is processed is set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

• Fees agreed in advance as a fixed price, or
• Based on time spent, with an estimate of expected hours provided to the client.

4.2 Invoicing and Payment

• All assignments must be prepaid.
• Payment must be received before work commences.
• VAT will be added in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Disbursements and third-party costs must be paid separately by the client.

4.3 Non-payment

If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the assignment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to materials prepared by CN DK Consulting remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive right to use such material for their own internal purposes.

6. Marketing

The Company may refer to assignments in general marketing materials once completed, but only if the matter is public or the client has consented.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts, with the District Court in Lyngby as the exclusive venue.
